Hormone replacement ?

I have told my doctor all my symptoms and he did blood work, It came back with high Cholesterol. he did not prescribe me anything, I Also went because I feel tired all the time, all I want to do is sleep, no motivation, no vitality, no interest for sex, pretty much the symptoms of Low testosterone or Hypothyroidism. I am a 27 year old male, My sister suffers form Hypothyroidism so there is a history in the family. Now I have been dealing with Clinical depression for a couple of years now, it just comes to me, for no reason at all, I do not feel depress now, but I want to be the old me, full of energy. I am only 27 and I don't want to live the rest of my life like this. Does anyone know a good doctor, that treat me that specializes in hormones in the Chicago area.
